'Missing e' version 1.0.58
‘Missing e’ version 1.0.58 is now available!
Other than some internal performance fixes, there are two updates in this version:
- Quick queue and draft buttons on the “Share” bookmarklet
- Prevent the Tumblr dashboard’s endless scroll feature from stalling (and allow you to try again)
#2 is related to this problem with Tumblr’s dashboard endless scroll feature. When it attempts to load the next page of posts, it stops responding if the load takes too long or if the load retrieves a Tumblr error page (tumbeasts) instead of more posts.
An update to the Dashboard Fixes feature will solve these problems. Check out the FAQ to find out how!
Firefox users: As before, until Missing e is approved on the Mozilla Add-Ons website, you will have to reinstall the add-on in order to upgrade to the new version. Click here to upgrade.

Quick Queue/Draft buttons
Buttons to automatically queue or save a post as a draft
- When you are creating a new post, extra buttons will appear when you hover your mouse over the “Create post” button
- Use these buttons to publish, queue or save a post as a draft quickly and easily
Reply to Notes
Up until now, you could only reply to notifications shown directly on the dashboard with the Tumblr preferences setting “Show notifications” turned on. Now, you can reply to post notes that show up when you click on the notes button of a dashboard post.
