Someone actually making use of Missing e's code on github!
Bjorn, creator of Tumblr Saviour, Chrometaster and Tumtaster, is working on creating a Tumblr Saviour Firefox Add-On, stealing peeks at Missing e’s Firefox code for inspiration.
I, myself, am a fan of Tumblr Saviour. You can use it to specify topics you don’t want to see posts about on your dash and it’ll hide ‘em. Get it for Chrome, Safari, Opera, and if you just can’t wait for the Firefox version, you can grab the Greasemonkey userscript instead.
Good luck, Bjorn!
In the works: Missing e for Opera
I’ve got some spare time coming up with which I am going to try to start porting Missing e as an Opera extension. I’m not making any guarantees as to when I will finish, I just wanted you to know!
Special thanks to bjornstar for some pointers on Opera’s extension API! Some of you may know bjornstar from some of his great userscripts and extensions: Tumtaster, Chrometaster and Tumblr Savior.
As a Canadian, it just pains me to spell Tumblr Savior without the “u” that belongs there.
